Thank you for your interest in events in the Grafton Hill neighborhood.  Some of Dayton’s best festivals are in Grafton Hill–including the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church Greekfest (the weekend after Labor Day), the Dayton Masonic Center’s Festival on the Hill (visit for details), and The Dayton Art Institute’s Oktoberfest (visit for details).

The Grafton Hill Holiday Tour is on December 1, 2018.

Join us on a guided walking tour through some of the most beautiful homes in Dayton. This year we have the special treat of beginning our tour in the sanctuary of the gorgeous Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church! The Grafton Hill Historic District is rich with history, gorgeous architecture, and wonderful neighbors. Enjoy beautiful holiday decor and refreshments as you travel through some of our City’s most notable homes! The tour will take approximately 3 hours. Refreshments and warm beverages will be served at one of our homes featuring 3 decorated floors and 20 Christmas trees! Tickets available here or the day of the event as space allows.
